Comte d’Huez
Armagnac VSOP
Made from white grapes of which the four principal ones are Baco, Ugni Blanc, Colombard and Folle Blanche. These wines, distilled once, produce this prized Armagnac brandy.
The Armagnac is matured in oak barrels right up to the preparation before bottling At this stage the natural fruit aromas contained in the Armagnac blends with those given by the wood.
At each stage of ageing, the quality will define the complexity of the bouquet and flavour. After seven years of ageing the VSOP is ready for production.
Two types of grape are used in its composition: the Colombard for its fresh fruity flavour and the Ugni Blanc for its sweetness.
